Keswick
- A place almost too beautiful to live in. Keswick is situated in the
heart of the Lake District, between the Skiddaw mountains and the Northern
shores of Derwentwater, one of England's most beautiful lakes.

Hawkshead - the prettiest village
in the English Lake District. A truly historic and wonderfully picturesque
village characterised by its cluster of whitewashed houses, archways and
alleyways and courtyards. Home of Beatrix Potter and poet William Wordsworth.

Muncaster Castle, home to the
Pennington family for 800 years, is a genuine treasure trove of art and
antiques. Those who stay here say it is haunted by ghosts, including the
legendary Tom Fool.
York,
a walled City, was an enticing town full of historical attractions including
the largest medieval gothic cathedral 'York Minister' and famous medieval
thoroughfares called the 'Shambles' traditionally a street of shops.
Your feet will be throbbing after exploring all day.
